Join faith leaders from across Tarrant County on Saturday, November 5th in Colleyville for the 4th annual Peace Together Walk. The three-mile Walk is a large, interfaith event that brings together people from various churches and faiths in Colleyville and the surrounding areas. The planning committee features members of the Colleyville Masjid, Congregation Beth Israel, Good Shepherd Catholic Community, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Daughters of Abraham, and more.

Walkers are encouraged to walk with someone they don’t know, from a different church or faith. It is designed to build bridges and inspire friendship and collaboration in the community. Watch the short video below to see inspiring footage from last year’s event.

The event kicks off with an opening ceremony at 2pm at the Colleyville Masjid (500 Cheek-Sparger Road, Colleyville). If you plan to attend, please park at the Good Shepherd Catholic Located (1000 Tinker Road, Colleyville). Shuttles will run from 12:00-1:30 and will take you to the start point beginning at 12pm. Participants will make their way across town and end at Congregation Beth Israel, the synagogue that was attacked earlier this year. Since the attack, the community has come together to support Jewish friends and neighbors. The mission of Peace Together and the walk itself is more important than ever.
