DFW Leadership Series Welcomes Global Business Leader Connie Zhang

The DFW Leadership Series will host its first event of 2023 on Thursday, February 9th in Colleyville. Connie Zhang, author, CEO and Founder of Riley River Consultants will be the speaker. Connie’s talk will be entitled “Network Up.” The event will be held at 7:00pm at 500 W. McDonwell School Road in Colleyville. All are welcome! The Series is sponsored by the Colleyville Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

Connie is an author, investor, lecturer and founder of Riley River Consultants, LLC. Connie was born and raised in Beijing, China. She earned her BA in economics from Beijing University and MBA from Harvard Business School. She founded Riley River Consultants in 2009 and serves as CEO. She helps North American green technology companies and medical device companies develop business in China. Connie is a renowned speaker and instructor who teaches about networking and marriage relationships across multiple key Chinese social media platforms. She is the author of Network Up (2019) and How to Raise Socially Intelligent Children (2020) and has contributed chapters to several books of essays, including one entitled “Embracing New Identities: A Conversion Journey from Beijing” in Every Needful Thing: Essays on the Life of the Mind and the Heart. Connie teaches online courses and speaks to broad audiences in China about networking. She also holds a real estate license in the State of Texas, where she manages a broad portfolio of real estate. Connie, a resident of Southlake, enjoys international travel with her husband and two sons and enjoys oil painting in her leisure time. Learn more about Connie in the video below.
