As we approach the sacred Easter week, a calendar has been created by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in North Texas to help you and your family experience Easter in a more meaningful way.
You can prepare for Easter by learning about what happened during the week before Jesus Christ’s Crucifixion and Resurrection. Starting eight days before Easter, the calendar offers a brief summary of the events in Christ’s life each day of the week, His teachings, scripture verses, suggested activities, and ways to invite others.
As you study the life, sacrifice, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ, we invite you to join in on the conversation by using the hashtag #BecauseofHim to share your thoughts and feelings about Christ. We also invite you to join us in worshiping Him on Easter Sunday at a meetinghouse near you.
