Mike is an accomplished entrepreneur with an exceptional track record of developing, leading, advising, and investing in businesses in a variety of industries. He is currently President & CFO of Direct Selling Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: DSAQ), a direct selling-focused special purpose acquisition company. He also serves as Chairman of Gradient Cyber, LLC and is a member of the board of directors at Juice Plus+ and Exigo, Inc. as well. He has helped shepherd several companies from start-up to successful 8 or 9-figure exits and actively works with management teams to help them achieve success and navigate the highs and lows that almost always come with early stage endeavors.

Before becoming an investor and advisor, Mike spent 17 years working as a CEO at EAGL Golf, Home Interiors and Gifts, and Stella & Dot Family of Brands. His early career included a summer at Bain & Company, one of the world’s premier management consulting firms, and a Marketing Representative at Trammell Crow Company, where he was recognized as the top leasing agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar. He received his BA in economics from Brigham Young University, where he maintained a 4.0 GPA and also played on the varsity golf team. Mike lives in Southlake with his wife, Marcee. They have four adult children and two grandsons.
