A semi-truck loaded with 2,700 gallons of fresh milk is headed from Salt Lake City to Mesquite, where thousands of families struggling to put food on the table are waiting.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will deliver the donation to Sharing Life Community Outreach on Monday, March 30. The milk originates from the church’s dairy operations in Utah and represents part of its broader humanitarian mission to address food insecurity.
