‘Pray Fort Worth Day’ proclaimed by the City of Fort Worth

The City of Fort Worth has proclaimed Wednesday, August 19, 2020, a Day of Prayer for the eradication of COVID-19 from the City of Fort Worth.

Residents are encouraged to “pray in place, whether at home, or at work, or at school, at the noon hour on August 19, 2020, […] humbly asking God to eradicate COVID-19 and heal Fort Worth.”

Additionally, all are encouraged to rededicate themselves “to bringing healing to the sick, comfort to the brokenhearted, help to the needy, wisdom to children, hope to the hopeless and unity to the city of Fort Worth.”
