Prosper members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will host the community’s fourth annual Live Nativity from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 8 and 9 at Frontier Park, 1551 West Frontier Parkway in Prosper.

“This Live Nativity production has received a wonderful response from the community in recent years,” said Nativity Director Lisa Schaack. “We feel a great love for Christ and know that many others in the community do as well.”

Performances will repeat every 20 minutes on Friday and Saturday beginning at 6 p.m., with the final performance at 7:40 p.m.

“The message of the birth of Jesus Christ is one of peace on earth and goodwill toward men,” said Church leader John Sallaway. “People of every nationality, religion, or economic background can benefit from those messages. At its core, this event is our congregations’ gift to any who desire to include more of that message in their holiday season.”

Admission is free, and everyone is welcome. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served.
