Class Descriptions
- Family History Jenga
- Come as a family to make and play this game. Glue on “get to know you” prompts on each wood block adding a family history twist to this classic game. Please take one slot per family.
- Share a Family Recipe
- Bring a family recipe and a sample to share. Also bring your FamilySearch username and password. You will add your recipe and why you chose it to FamilySearch! This class is for 11 years old and up. Please sign up for each person attending.
- **New** Conversation Jar
- Time to Craft! Come decorate a jar!! We will place inside conversation starter cards for you and your family. This class is for 8 and older. Please sign up for each person attending.
- Family Bingo
- Come as a family and make a personalized Family Bingo game. Bingo cards and bingo chips are included. Please take one slot per family.
- Candy Tree
- Come as a family to make and play this game. This game is similar to Candyland with a family history twist. Please take one slot per family.
- Family Home Evening Box
- Come put together a kit for family home evening! Activities include Time Capsule Scrolls, All About Me bags, and Who Am I guessing game. Please take one slot per family.
- Watercolors
- Imagine your favorite spot. What 3 colors come to mind? Come paint with us and write down about your favorite spot. This class is for 8 years and older. Bring your FamilySearch username and password so we can upload a picture of your watercolor memory.
- **New** My Family Photo Board
- Time to Craft!! Come decorate and make a 16″ x 24″ photo board. This hanging board will be a great place to hang up your family snapshots!
- **New Carnival Activities** Family History CARNIVAL
- Kids can come play games, win prizes, and take home family history activities. All ages are welcome for this drop off event, however if a child is 4 and under a parent or guardian must accompany them. Please sign up for each child attending.
- It’s My Favorite
- Bring your favorite item and your FamilySearch username and password. We will talk about your item with the group. We will take and add a photo of you and your item, a short description and/or voice recording in FamilySearch.
- Ideas to bring: a toy, blanket, art work, book, a collection, instrument, etc. All ages are welcome. If younger than 8 please have a parent attending with them and use the parent’s FamilySearch account. Please sign up each person attending.
- **New Pioneer Activities** Pioneer Camp Come be a pioneer!
- Listen to pioneer stories while we make butter. Then play and make old fashion games. All ages are welcome. If the participant is under 4 years old an adult must accompany them. Please sign up for each child attending.
- Apple Tree Trivia

- How many apples can you win? Come as a family and make this fun, simple, family trivia game. Earn an apple each time you pass the BIG apple or answer a trivia question.

- Farkle for Families
- Come as a family to make and play a family history version of this popular dice game! You will personalize the game for your own family, so please bring six DIFFERENT last names from your family tree. For example, start with your own family’s last name and then look at Mom’s maiden name, last names of grandparents, great-grandparents, etc. until you have six. Please take one slot per family.
- Wood Photo Holder
- Time to Craft! Come paint and decorate a wood photo holder block! Bring a photo of an event or activity in your life to mount on card stock. You will write about the event and decorate it. Card stock and all other supplies are provided. We will take a picture of you and your project to add to your FamilySearch memories! Bring your FamilySearch username and password.
- This class is for 8 and older. Please sign up for each person attending.
- My Family Booklet
- Come start your own personalized Family Booklet!! Bring 3 small photos (about 1.5″ x 2″) of yourself, Mom and Dad to add to your booklet. All school age children are welcome! Please sign up for each person attending.
